Mr. B H Mangarolia is founder of the firm. He is a graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 44 years standing in the profession. He has extensive experience in the field of direct taxation and audit. His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach.

Prasiddh Mangarolia

Mr. Prasiddh Mangarolia is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India who joined the firm in the year 2006. He has experience of around 18 years in the field of Statutory Audits, Bank Audits, Tax Audits etc. He has also completed Post Qualification course of IS Audit and certification course of Forensic Accounting offered by ICAI. He is also actively engaging, handholding, and advising MSME Clients around their growth strategy, Internal control implementation, MIS and Budgeting, Company law compliances, and other areas of accounting, Taxation and finance function.

Tirth Shah

Mr. Tirth Shah, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), joined the firm in 2024. With approximately five years of professional experience, he has developed expertise in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and related areas.

In addition to his core qualifications, Mr. Tirth Shah has successfully completed the Post-Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit and the Certification Course on Forensic Accounting, both offered by ICAI. To further enhance his skill set, he has also completed the Google Data Analytics course, enabling him to provide diverse and data-driven services to clients.

Most recently, Mr. Tirth Shah has earned the Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Chartered Accountants (AICA) - Level 1, equipping him to integrate AI into the comprehensive range of services offered by the firm. His commitment to continuous learning and innovation ensures a forward-thinking approach to meeting clients' needs.

Siddharth Mangarolia

An Advocate with over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of Direct and Indirect Taxation. He has successfully represented clients before various appellate authorities demonstrating exceptional expertise in handling complex tax litigation and advisory matters.

With a deep understanding of evolving tax laws and regulatory frameworks, he has been instrumental in providing strategic tax planning and compliance solutions to businesses across diverse industries. His client-centric approach, combined with a commitment to ethical practices, has earned him a reputation for delivering reliable and effective legal counsel.

Rita Darji

With over 15 years of dedicated service, Rita Darji specializes in Indirect Taxation, including GST compliance, return filing, and other related regulatory matters.

Ami Pandya
